This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Pompano Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pompano Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stumbled across the restraunt this evening. The food was absolutely unbelievable! The owner and his left hand man Valley were two of the most welcoming and friendly people weβve encountered at a restaurant in a long time. Itβs a beautiful setting as well with great bourbon bar. Highly recommended!!!

Deccan Spice is a very friendly restaurant with a beautiful interior environment. The service is outstanding. I had a waiter, named Ram, who was very helpful going over the menu, and thoroughly explaining all the different items. Vani, the bartender, also a very nice guy who explains whatβs available. During the week they have a lunch special where you get a tali, which is a platter that has a variety of dishes, including salad, soup, a samosa, the entree you order, dal lentils, and a dessert. On the weekends, they have a large buffet.

I had always wanted to come here, since it opened, and I finally got the chance. Indian food isn't for everyone but I found a friend who wanted to come along. The place is big, and at 5pm, empty. They have a section with large tables and an area with smaller tables at the front and what looked like a private room in the back. I had heard it was a buffet but unfortunately we came on a weekday night and the buffet is only on the weekends. It is a very pretty place but it looks like it is going to be very active during later hours with those big tables. At least I hope so. But they've been there a while so I'm sure it's going well for them. The food was delicious. We ordered a lot of chicken dishes and they were all very, very moist and tender, which can be a hit or miss affair at other Indian restaurants. The portions are large and even reheated (the next day and the day after) were delicious. The service was good. I m glad they didn't hover, since we were the only diners there but when we had questions or wanted another drink, they were nowhere to be found. I finally got to try Butter Chicken, which I had never tried but have heard so much about. Yummy. An appetizer that was a li

First time, really good food! Tried the lunch special and got more food than expected. It comes with Choice of one entree, Soup of the Day, Samosa (Crisp turnovers, potatoes, and peas), Papad (Thin crispy lentil wafers), Naan (Butter Naan, "Garlic + $1.00); Basmati Rice, Salad & Dessert. Great value I would say and many items to try from it. Must try!

Great hidden gem! The atmosphere is very pleasant and not touristy, which makes it even more special. The food takes a little time to prepare, but itβs absolutely worth the wait β everything is made fresh for each guest right before serving. The service was excellent! Our waiter, Vali, was very attentive and explained the dishes we ordered in detail, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!
